Join us on the new fad: walking and serendipitous creativity! Join our first ramble on the 7th April!
Get your boots on (bring your raincoats and bring in the Spring!?) and join us for a gentle ramble starting with a stroll up to Kelson Round Hill with lovely photographic scenery. A great opportunity to meet new people, impart your knowledge of the area, be inspired by nature and we might even do a bit of a land art!
Please bring your cameras if you would like to share images.
Meet at Broadmoor Lane at 10.45am (Weston village BA1 4JZ – Go to the Moravian Church on the corner by the round about and go straight across and up to the farm lane on the left hand side – find parking in the estate). Coffee, tea and homemade cakes also available.
On the first Sunday of every month from 11am we shall be digging out the maps (and wellies?!) and exploring a new scenic walk in and around Bath and Somerset. These easy going 2-3 mile hikes will spark ideas, make people and ideas connect and perhaps even produce some land art, naturescape doodles or poetic ramblings!
Interspersed with occasional glimpses of history, picking up interesting things we find along the way, tea and scones and much fun and laughter.
£2-3 donation towards tea and scones as a fundraiser for Creativity Works
Suggestions for lovely walks you have stumbled upon welcome, as too are artists or facilitators with ideas to spruce up the walks.
