Silver Award for Creativity Works
We are delighted to have received Investors in People Silver accreditation as it is an extremely rare award to have obtained for an organisation of our size. It is a testament to the hard work of our staff, volunteers and trustees and the impact that we make on the communities that we work with.
The accreditation sets out some recommendations for us to continuously improve our business model, practices and procedures, and we understand how vital it is for the continued success of our organisation and the services we deliver to vulnerable people, that we maintain our hard work and vision.
We are a small, agile and ambitious organisation with solid values, a durable and resilient nature and, above all, a passionate belief in the work that we do and the power of creativity. This accreditation is a tangible reward for our efforts and an acknowledgment of our accomplishments. We will endeavour to get even better!
“The results of this assessment demonstrate that Creativity Works has successfully achieved Silver level against the Investors in People Sixth Generation Framework. This is a great performance considering this a first time assessment for the organisation. Silver level is expected to be awarded to the top 5% of organisations. This is a real achievement and one that should be celebrated.” Jeff Pullen, IIP Practitioner
